We already knew which vehicles we were interested in, and Melissa was extremely helpful with her product knowledge, guiding us toward the one we ultimately fell in love with. I had been pre-approved through my bank, but Steve went above and beyond by securing us a better financing rate than my bank could offer. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
