Sell vehicles w/o safety recalls performed first, which is illegal. "Adjust" paperwork for payment convenience. Mold in windows, ceiling tiles, walls. Water stains on carpet and walls from years of leaking roof. Plug-in heaters used as heat source, which trip fuse. Non-grounded powerstrips used on wet carpet. Buckets used in windows to catch drips from inside leaks. Mold on ceiling tiles. Ceiling insulation wet, frozen, dried out from leaking roof (on repeat over the years). These are a few factual things offered at Wood City Motors in Cloquet, MN. With the serious exception of a few the staff there are dedicated to teaching themselves. They're hardworking while having little guidance and leadership. Does all of this mean you shouldn't bring your vehicle there or buy one from there? That's up to you. When someone/something needs to behave in a somewhat desperate manner different types of choices are made that affect and/or effect another negatively. Of course, that part is solely my opinion.

My husband and I bought a 2016 Jeep from Wood City motors. We were very impressed with JP and all the staff! They were professional and knowledgeable and did not pressure us into a sale. They worked within our budget to get the car we wanted at a very fair price! We will be recommending Wood City to our friends and family!

Terrible ! Don’t buy a car here ! They lied to me several times. They sold me a car telling me all the parts were there and they were not ! They refuse to fix the problem ! The heat didn’t work until he vehicle I bought !!
