Terrible Experience

Absolute worst experience I have had with a business. I took my car in for a service diagnosis and they gave me a quote. Two weeks after my diagnosis I called into schedule the maintenance and I had to call them 3 times and after a week they finally called me back to schedule the appointment. When I finally was called back they had no recollection of my car being there and they had to have me bring it back in for another diagnosis. The manager Chad was unapologetic and lied about the whole experience. I had to bring it in a third time for the maintenance and when I called the day before to confirm my appointment I was told it was not in the system but they could still get me in. I drop off my vehicle first thing in the morning and ask if they could attempt to have it done by mid day. When I called in mid day to check in on the repair they had not even started and told me it would take until the end of the day. I was also misquoted and they refused to make any discounts on the bill. This place is awful and I recommend going anywhere else for your vehicle service.
Stereotypical dealership - I wouldn't recommend.

This review is for their sales department. I've had two bad experiences with them this year. My opinion based on those experiences is that Cueter is a classic time wasting dealership. It seems they are looking for the no haggle, and/or inexperienced, emotional car buyers. The more time you spend at the dealership, the more invested you get - making it harder to walk away, right? I would avoid them unless you have a friend/family member recommend a specific salesperson they had a great experience with. For details on why I feel that way - see below.
My first experience there was in Feb/March. Honestly, I thought I'd take their low score with a grain of salt as it is mixed with reviews for their service department. I made an appointment on a Thursday to talk to a salesperson and test drive a Dodge Ram. I wasn't deeply in need of a new vehicle, but I'd been considering switching to a truck from an SUV. My wife and I went right out of work without eating - expecting to be there for maybe an hour. The appointment was at 6:30pm - I still hadn't gotten to the test drive by 7:30pm. The salesperson, Jacob, was nice enough. However, he left us at his desk for quite some time to get the vehicle ready to test drive. I went around the corner to use the restroom and he appeared to be bsing with a sales manager. After using the restroom - and him not coming back, we left. Jacob called us - and one of the managers called us the next day, but I truly felt like this was a dealership that didn't have respect for me or my time. It even put me off of Dodge/Chrysler - and looking for a vehicle in general.
Fast forward to December of this year. Chrysler and Ford were both running employee pricing for everyone, so I decided to check into what was out there. TrueCar got me in touch with Cueter based on my interest in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango. Wanted to get some rates for leasing, but was hesitant to get involved with Cueter again. I received some texts and emails from Jenni/Cueter but didn't respond at first. On 12/31, I did respond via email to Jenni explaining my experience with Cueter as a dealership earlier that year. Jenni assured me that they didn't want to waste my time, and the end of year specials expired on Thursday, Jan 2. I said ok - and gave her 3 vehicles that I was looking for pricing on. A salesperson named Jeremiah contacted me to say he was assigned to me to hopefully set right the bad experience I'd had previously. As I've already wasted too much of my life on Cueter - lets just say its January 3rd and I still haven't received any lease pricing on the 3 vehicles I was interested in. So much for that end of year employee pricing. As the old saying goes: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, s

Scheduled appointment at 9:00 AM, when they open. After they took my keys and car away, and there for 25 minutes, told me they gave the last part away this morning. Really, when I had the first appointment?
Then received a quote from them yesterday. Verified today, not surprised the price more than doubled.
This place is a joke.
