RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE SHOULD BE FIRED

The so called salesman (Mike Sinawi) was obviously just trying to make a sale without caring even the slightest bit about anything I said. I am a very patient person but he kept talking over me while I was explaining what I did/didn't want. Never have I met such a rude judgemental individual. The vehicle he tried selling me was mostly everything I said I did NOT want, including the only color I expressed I hated. When I asked for something in a different color I was accused of not being a serious buyer as he walked away to try swindling another couple while I was abandoned. As a military veteran/customer I expected a little more courtesy and respect from an employee whose job it is to listen to what the customer wants. Thanks to this terrible excuse for a car salesman/person, not only will I never return to that awful dealership, I also refuse to buy anything from Chrysler,Jeep, and Dodge. As long as people like him are working there I will NEVER give them my business. HE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR DRIVING AWAY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!

Andrew Ward was an absolute pleasure, he was very professional and easy going. I honestly thought he has been selling cars for years and when he told me 6 months and I was shocked! We went to another dealership last week to just see what we might likeand what we could do for a trade in. H e was a very rude and was ready to go home, so I was extremely happy to meet Andrew. We ended up building a 2 door Willys with everything I was looking for and he made it so easy! I defiantly recommend and appreciate the service I received here!!!! Keep killing it Andrew!

Run Around. Lack Honesty/Integrity.

Positives: Friendly sales person (Colleen). Took a video of vehicle before I was able to come in (I live about an hour away). Will split the difference in fixes needed if you haggle with them. Negatives: Colleen follows up, but does the whole "I'll have to speak with the manager to see if they'll approve it" run around to get anything fixed. Had to come back multiple days to get things fixed. Over the phone I told the woman specifically what I was coming back to have done. I was not informed that the etch guy only comes on certain days, the key guy only comes on certain days (but they aren't the same days that the etch guy comes in), and was not verbally told that the "we owe" paperwork they gave me was only good for 30 days (I know, always read the fine print, right?!?). Charges a $300 etching fee that on most vehicles isn't even on that they will not, under any circumstances, waive. I looked around and could not find a vehicle in the lot that had this so-called "theft deterrent". After searching around the lot, Colleen found a single vehicle that had it. I have to assuming most people don't look for it and just pay it without giving it a second thought. We got there in the morning. Took a whole day to put on a new tire, do the etching, and a control arm. Dropped off the truck, went out to breakfast, went to the park, went to a movie, went to a different park, came back because I was told it would be done soon, only to sit and wait for what had to be another hour or 2. To do all 3 should take 3 hours, 4 hours tops. 1 of the 4 tires had minimal amount of thread left and needed to be replaced. They disagreed, and stated that the tire still had enough life left on it. I showed how 2 of the 4 tires looked brand new, 1 had about 30% life left, and the last 1 had like 5% and the rubber was cracking. Charged me $75 for the tire and put it on, so I'm assuming that is half of what it would cost me to have it done somewhere else, so I agreed to it. Upon fixing the tire, they broke the tire pressure sensor. So, while driving away, the sensor came on. Was told to drive it for a bit and it should go back off, it didn't. By this time it was the end of the day and was told that I would have to come back. By this time, I have already been there 3 times, which is over an hour of driving each way when hitting traffic. Fast forward to about 3 days ago. Message Colleen about coming back in to get the 2nd set of keys that were owed to me and to have the sensor fixed. Yes, I understand I bought the vehicle about a year ago but as stated above, I was never told the "we owe" thing is only good for 30 days. I could see if it was for something that gets warn out (tires, shocks, etc) but we are talking about a set of keys, and a sensor that they admittedly broke. Not all of us can take 4 or 5 days off to keep coming back to get things fixed. Colleen tells me that she would check for me. Finally tells me that the "we owe" sheet is only good for 30 days. That would have been nice to have known ahead of time. Also, that since I worked with Ish in the service dept I would have to speak with him. After going back and forth, asking them to just do the right thing, I have not heard back. The step sides and the hitch had some rust on it (I didn't care) but they spray paint it to cover it up (which probably lasted about the 30 days warranty). DO NOT RECOMMEND.
