Just wanted to say thanks again to Kevin Olmstead for all of his help and effort in getting me into my new vehicle. Kevin continuously kept in contact with me with any questions I had or information I was seeking out and also handling the communication well after business hours. Casey DETTLOFF is the guy to see. I had a fantastic salesman@ Telegraph prior to the pandemic. I'd gone there for 30 years. During the middle of it I was due for a new lease and I was paired with a different sales person since mine had relocated out of state. Off the bat and prior to knowing how much I was willing to put down, as well as not knowing one single thing about me, she told me my desired monthly payment was unrealistic. I quickly realized that's someone I can't work with. I drove 45 mins south to Dundee and ended up with someone far worse. When a salesman from the same company asks you "how did you have such a low payment on your last vehicle" along with "maybe make some lifestyle changes so you can better afford a higher payment'', you know you're in a bad situation. Ultimately it was the worst decision I could've made. I was trapped at that point.. Luckily I was recently referred to Casey DETTLOFF when my lease was up. I said this in another review. It was like having a family member or friend work out a lease for you. He wasn't going to let me get into a situation I didn't want. As long as he's in business, I'll be going to him and I highly recommend him. Very pleasant guy. Family man. Great energy.
