We had a wonderful experience buying our lease trade in 2020 Ram quad cab 4×4 laramie with a 6'4" box. We absolutely LOVE the truck, we even bought the 8 year 125,000 mile warranty with it and paid cash. We noticed a few minor issues the maps needing updated and some stone chips in the windshield. Their Service Manager Joe O'Connell and Dealership Owner Dan Hall are liars that enjoy trying to intimidate disabled women when confronted about work that they claimed was done that's been verified by their Own employees that it was not done. Supposedly there's a video of the work being done but when I asked to see it nothing but Cricket's... Actions speak louder than words. This dealership is great if you Don't have to deal with the service manager or owner!
