I won’t go back to this dealership ever again.

I won’t go back to this dealership ever again. The service advisor Laura Mark is extremely rude and should not be in customer service. I waited over a month to get an appointment with the technician to look at my speakers which are still covered under warranty. It should be a fairly easy task to listen to speakers to see if they are blown. I brought my car in when they opened, they said it should be done in a couple hours. I called again at 1pm letting them know I had to be at work. She called me back and said car would be ready at 2pm. When I picked up the car she said that I was all set and they would order the two speakers. I didn’t hear anything from her for a week so I called in and when I talked to Laura she said I had to bring the car back in because the part costs a thousand dollars and it wasn’t approved by the manager. At this point, I am feeling like they have been wasting my time. I bring the car back in and they keep it a whole day and then say only one speaker is being ordered. I asked if I could talk to the technician and play some songs I saved in my phone. She says “I can’t have you speaking with the technician.” I ask why not and she offers me to speak with the assistant manager. She wouldn’t give me my invoice when I asked for it and then when I demanded it she angrily asked “what, are you going to do go somewhere else?” I said I wanted a copy of my receipt which is normal and that she didn’t need to have an attitude with me. Then she yelled across the service department that I was as the one with the attitude. I asked for the managers contact information and she said he wasn’t in. I asked for his card and they would not give it to me. I love my Jeep but this was a terrible experience. This dealership is an example of what hurts the JEEP brand.

Best and fast dealership ever

Ron was very helpful the sales guy, fast and smooth pace. Was only in Dealership for 30 minutes. Finance guy was excellent to Keith. Five star dealership.
