Unfortunately, my experience was less than pleasant because during the process of selling me a nice used car, there were promises made that were very untrue..just to get me to agree to the sale. I was told after financing was approved that I had two months no payments, which I factored on to my buying decision. This was untrue. They gave me my paperwork the following day, and I read that my payment was actually due right away. When I called them, the manager basically said "oops!". Poor business practice in my eyes...

The person that reached out to me was not the person that helped us once we got there. The salesperson we dealt with was unprofessional. He had a huge wad of chew in his mouth the whole time we were trying to talk to him, he ridiculed our income, he ran no numbers in front of us, instead went to someone else's desk to run numbers and bring us back "deals". The whole experience was very disheartening. We didn't end up buying or leasing anything from them, and I would be hard pressed to go back.
