I returned to this dealership, and to my salesman Todd, because of the great experience that I had with my previous purchase. Todd was excellent to work with again and he went the extra mile. Keely also did a great job with the delivery instructions. It was most helpful. It is obvious that Todd and Keely enjoy their jobs, and their personalities make it fun to purchase a car. In addition to my new car, my daughter had mechanical problems with hers. Since she was visiting from TN we needed help. Andy, the service manager, and Tyler went out of their way to get the problem handled. In addition the mechanic who worked on the car was able to come up with a simpler and less expensive fix. Overall I find Courtesy a great place to buy or repair a car. I would recommend them highly.
