2 Hour Oil Change

Took our Traverse in for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 9:30 AM, and I did not leave until 11:30AM. Thankfully i had our 5 year old bring his iPad just in case. When the vehicle was finally finished, i went out and was told it took so long because the technician left the lights on while performing the oil change. Accidents happen, I understand. The major problem I had was that the service writer seemed to think it was funny that it took so long and the technician left the lights on and killed the battery. A Simple apology would have done wonders for the situation, instead we got "whoops". We will be taking this vehicle to the local Chevrolet dealer, closer to our home from now on.

Dealing with Anthony Haluska as he accommodated us during the finalizing of our truck purchase was excellent. Our first experience with Betten Baker dealership proved to be very satisfying and we'd recommend them to anyone. Besides Anthony, the other staff we dealt with were very helpful and friendly.
