Terrible mishandling of transaction paperwork

Golling staff has gone through the motions, but unfortunately they failed to get the proper paperwork completed in time (45 days from the sale). A vehicle delivered to me 45 days ago still cannot be registered because Golling failed to complete the paperwork and send either to me, or the Indiana BMV. I face fines and penalties with the BMV now, since the legally allowed 45 days has lapsed. They have mishandled this transaction in such a way that makes it seem like it is their first ever transaction. I would not recommend this dealership. ----- I really wanted to give 5 stars and if things improve, I'll improve my rating and review. Tom my sales guy was nice, genuine and overall good experience with him. They had the car we wanted and delivered it for free, so really high marks there. Unfortunately, paperwork got botched multiple ways. There were 2 rounds of revisions because the initial paperwork didn't match what we had verbally agreed upon. Then an error with regard to Indiana/Michigan taxes causing paperwork to be amended. Long story short, I have a payment due in 2 days, but no way to pay it because the lender has not received paperwork from the dealer (I've called the lender to confirm). So I'm looking forward to a late payment now being reported on my credit. I also have a limited amount of time to register the vehicle or I am fined by the state. Golling only provided a 10 day temp tag, and without further paperwork to register the vehicle I'm driving around illegally. I've reached out to the dealer with no response. Unfortunately this fits the stereotypical car dealership experience: Staff is super attentive until money is down and car is delivered. After that you're on your own. Again, I really wanted to give these guys 5 stars and I hope I still can.

Very disappointed in the service dept. New RAM truck making noise axels or transmission sounds. Even took 3 different audios to service dept of the sound it makes. They keep saying there's nothing they can do. This is unacceptable. Initially the response was "it's not making noise now" bring it back when it does it again. I called on a Mon saying it's making the noise again. They said we can't get you in until Thursday. I took it in even though the noise stopped. The response was well it isn't doing it now nothing they can do. Called again when it was making noise was told that other customers have complained about the same thing and they were looking into it. They said if the truck is doing it again being it right in. We did and waited over 25 min while service manager sat on the phone knowing we were waiting for him. He kept putting up his finger as to say 1 min. Several service staff went into his office. He blew us off. Sorry we can't plan a convenient time of day for the service dept as to when this RAM truck will make the noise. We have done everything Golling service have asked and even included 3 videos / audios of the truck making the noise yet have been dismissed by this service dept everytime we have brought our concern to them. With our other truck from a different competitor Big 3 company I have been completely satisfied with their looking into that trucks concern. They even went and rented a loaner for us since they had no loaners on the lot. We were not dismissed by them like we were by this Golling service dept since they had no loaners. The other dealership also gave us a gas voucher for our troubles. They had their diagnostic team of engineers working to solve this issue with the other truck. They busted their tails to fix what was wrong. More than I can say about this Golling dealership. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional by Golling. I would like the owner and a member of the RAM trucks to contact us regarding this awful and distasteful service we are getting from Golling.

Went in to buy a used explorer I had inquired about online, I wasn't notified that the used car dealership was a completely different building , but when I arrived the SUV was ready for a test drive. I had intended on trading my car in, I was upside down on my loan so I anticipated a much higher payment even some finance issues. To make it shorter, I was denied the explorer because it had over 100k miles. The salesman asked me about another vehicle , which was more money but less miles. I entertained the idea, I was looking for third row seating and the other vehicle had it but I told him I had my heart set on the explorer. The night we were declined the explorer they pulled my credit and my husband's over 10 times. He called to let me know we could get the other vehicle on trade in with a substantial down payment, enough that covered the remainder on my loan. I asked him to run the credit again without the trade in, just to see if I could get the explorer. He told me specifically I was denied again on the explorer even without a trade in , but that I had been approved on the other vehicle with a small down payment. Fast forward to a few days later and I got an explorer elsewhere with right around the same mileage (112k ) but much less, the salesman calls and I explained thay I got one and was no longer searching. I said it was weird, cause I got the explorer with over 100k miles easily without the trade in, he said to me " I could have gotten you in the explorer without a trade in too, had I ran it that way" although my experience wasn't that bad at that dealership it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way that my credit had been pulled so many times , and that he wouldn't get me in the explorer. He told me without a trade in I still couldn't get it but could get the more expensive car , then turns around and tells me he never ran it for the explorer. I just didn't appreciate the lying and trying to get me into the more expensive vehicle despite me telling him I was set on the explorer. Because of that, I wouldn't recommend and I myself won't be returning for any reason.
