I cannot say enough praise for Golling in Chelsea,
I cannot say enough praise for Golling in Chelsea, Michigan. I have dealt with dealerships in the past who tried to sell you everything under the sun. They did not and were great listeners to my needs and wants no pressure From The general manager Chris Brough who personally took excellent care of me to get me all my discounts plus more . Their staff was top notch with customer service getting me coffee while I was waiting on my new 2026 Dodge Ram 2500 Midnight Express Blacked out edition. Love this Truck. Their sales consultant Trevor Tolles . I was very impressed with his people skills being a fresh young man and knowing his knowledg of their vehicles options and packages ! Shaun McCallum is their finance director and worked his magic to get me the best financing ! I give them 5 stars for overall and I drove 42 miles one way . The dealers close to me did not give me a great feeling like they even cared . Glad I went to them last . They say save the best for last but I put them first in my professional book !!

Very disappointed as my service did not meet past
Very disappointed as my service did not meet past expectations. I was told my brakes needed inspection. So, I had them inspected and told them to proceed with the replacement. Got a call saying the brakes were rusted and they were having a problem getting them off and after discussion the advisor said I should have known the brakes were bad. The car stopped with no problem, there were no squealing or grinding and there wasn't brake dust on wheels. I believe this was said to me because the calipers were rusted and I was told that because of the rust the cost to replace the calipers would not be covered under my lifetime warranty. I was also told there was an oil leak and when I said to fix it because it was under warranty with the recent engine replacement, I was told that had to be done by the Dodge Ram dealer that replaced the engine. Surprised that warranty by Dodge Ram was now limited to specific dealership. The repair order even said the leak was SIGNIFICANT yet they wanted me to drive 350 miles to the dealer up north to fix it. The vehicle was purchased from Golling. The visit displeasure was compounded by my discussing the issue with management and my concern with being billed for what should be covered under the warranty. I was told they would look into it, but no word back and nothing was done to the cost of repair. The repair order also said the rear calipers they wanted me to pay for said the calipers in the rear move and are still usable, but they replaced them anyway. It was strange that when first advised a brake issue it was supposedly the rear brakes were really bad, yet the repair order said it was bad up front. I also note that the vehicle was to be serviced on Friday (it was dropped off Thursday) but because of the issue it wouldn't be done until Monday. In summary the tech advisor's insinuation that the issue was all my fault, the failure of management to address the issue and my having to pay for something that should be under warranty is very disappointing.

Whatever you do DON’T go there for service!
Whatever you do DON’T go there for service!!!!! Took our 2012 jeep in for a brake switch repair . Convinced my husband it needed diagnostics done on it to make sure the rest of the car was not affected by the brake lights staying on .When we got it back and $500 dollars later, $400 for labor, $58 for the part and a $40 added on fee for who knows The switch was repaired but the heat on the left side of the car failed to warm up. The right side was fine. Upon taking it back a few days later. We were told it had nothing to do with the repair. It worked when we brought it in now it doesn’t ! We were told by Myles if we wanted it checked out they would run diagnostics again (at our COST! at$200 an hour.). When asked multiple times what diagnostics they ran and that we wanted an itemized bill we were ignored and never received an answer. We left very upset and discouraged as now we don’t have heat on one side of the car. I would NEVER recommend going there for service as Myles seems and does not care to know much about Jeeps and their parts. The service manager is EXTREMELY rude and doesn’t care about his customers or finding a solution to the problem. My husband and I are seniors and on a fixed income. All I can say is that It’s pretty bad when you are overcharged for service, left with a broken car and treated with NO respect!!
