I had a guaranteed deal with all the numbers figured out about to go pick up my vehicle and guy named Chip Clair who I had never dealt with calls and says they messed up on their offer and changed everything. I walked and they refused to pull their credit check they pulled. This is border line illegal. He was rude and acted like a complete frat boy laughing at me over the phone. Absolutely disgusting.

I am an out of state buyer. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle in this manner. I was a little worried about the process a long with the added potential Covid19 issues. I can attest that this dealership is top notch! They had the truck I was looking for and at a phenomenal price. Sam Kaleta was my Sales Consultant who facilitated a pleasent and stress free purchasing process. The consistent communication throughout the process was great. When the carrier picked up my truck for transport Sam sent me pics and let me know when the truck was on its way. Sam then followed up with me a couple of days after my truck was delivered to ensure I was pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend you check out Westborocdjr for your next vehicle purchase.
