Went there once. Will never go back again. Read their reviews starting with the lowest and you'll see how many people have been dissatisfied with both sales and service at this company. Then roll the dice and hope you fall into the half that haven't been treated badly. Emailed them about needing to replace the rear view mirror on my Wrangler. The single interior rear view mirror mounted to my windshield. The mount was fine but the glass was cloudy. It simply screws off and a new one slides on. I also inquired about upgrading my factory radio to a newer model with Bluetooth capacity and a backup camera. Was told no problem. Schedule an appointment. Will get the mirror and give you a quote for the radio replacement with new camera. Arrive at service and I'm immediately told that they don't do any aftermarket work. They don't know why they're internet representative Lou told me otherwise. Referred me to a random radio installer. Figured no big deal, I'll let them replace the mirror. 26 minutes later they give me a bill for $155. The part on mopar's website is less than half that. They charged me $120 for a $50 part that I could have ordered myself and installed. Then they charged me labor based on increments of an hour. When I asked why it was so expensive since it should have only taken about 60 seconds to do, I was then given an invoice that also included a brake check, a tire check, and oil check and a battery check, none of which I requested or needed as the car is only two and a half months old and had all of these things done upon purchase. Clearly they will rip you off when you're buying and then on every service appointment you schedule. Go anywhere else or take your roll of the dice

This is the second truck I've purchased from this dealership and I've been very happy and satisfied with the entire transaction. JP was my sales representative whom was easy to work with, informative and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and I would happily work with JP again.
