Terrible sales experience

Sales person told me they would deliver the Jeep to me because I was quarantined. I jumped through hoops without leaving the house to get my deposit to the dealership. Once completed, they wouldn't deliver the Jeep. There was a reflector that needed replacement, when I picked up the car it was very loose. Required another visit. I was charged for a sticker that wasn't provided until I returned for the reflector. Finance did not provide me any information on my loan, I had to call a couple of banks to get this info. Every time I called either the messages weren't passed along or I went to voice mail. No one would call back. Terrible buying experience! Buy from internet sites!

While I can't speak for the sales department here, I can certainly speak highly of the service department! So much so that I'll probably check in with sales when the time comes for a newer vehicle.
I started having problems with my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee due to issues involving FCA recall #V62 Fuel Pump Relay. This issue left me with a Jeep that would intermittently not start. As you can imagine this left me stranded numerous times.
I initially contacted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 service department and spoke with Laura Spinola. She was very knowledgeable about the recall. She gave me some pointers and I was able to get it started later that day.
I proceeded to call around to see about this so called "interim fix. Other dealerships and FCA were of no help and actually told me there was nothing they could do.
I was left stranded again the next day. I connected with Laura again and she was informed that the parts were available after all. Knowing how frustrated I had become being stranded again, she went the extra mile and said they would take care of the issue that night. And they did!!! Within an hour or so i was back on the road.
I have never experienced customer service of this level. I will only have good things to say about Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 Service department. Laura, Rob and crew deserve all the praise. Thank you.

I came by Chrysler Jeep 24. I decided it was finally time to get myself into my dream car. An all white Jeep Wrangler, new body style. Not only is it gorgeous, but my salesperson Allan my the whole experience a breeze. Thanks Jeep 24, your the best.
