I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Len Stoler Dodge in Westminster has been so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my vehicle in for routine warranty work, and they caused damage to my car while it was in their care. Mistakes can happen, but what happened afterward is what truly sets this dealership apart — and not in a good way. From the moment the incident occurred, communication has been terrible. Updates are minimal unless I reach out first, and even then the information is vague and unhelpful. Loaner vehicles were swapped out multiple times, causing unnecessary inconvenience to my family. To make matters worse, I sent a detailed email directly to the General Manager, and received no response whatsoever. That lack of acknowledgment says everything about the level of customer service here. At this point, it feels like the dealership is doing the bare minimum simply because they have to, not because they value their customers. There has been no ownership, no genuine effort to make things right, and no meaningful communication throughout this entire process. I would strongly caution anyone considering service at this location. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
