The customer service, knowledge, and honesty is remarkable!! Everyone at the dealership works as a team to ensure the best experience. Extra kudos to Herb Hardy who practically sold us our new vehicle before we even saw it due to his fantastic customer service!! Excellent customer service. Painless process trading in my vehicle! The entire process was finished in one afternoon and there really was no haggling. See Alex, he was very helpful.

Horrible service after the sale
Bought 2020 cherokee in july 2020 had to bring to dealership because of a horrible mold smell. They ozone bombed it cleaned the hvac system then said it was good. The smell almost made me gag it was so bad service tech said thats bad. Then called us back said it had to goto a water specialist now they want money from us to fix a defect
