Not worth driving 2 states to buy the vehicle they would not trade out to other dealers. 2 states away and not even sent off with full tank of gas

Don't take the bait: the price will be a surprise

Keene is a long drive from almost anywhere, so be careful: you may see an advertised price attractive enough to make you willing to make that drive, but then you will find that their real price is not even close. The Federal Trade Commission takes a dim view of such tactics: "In its continuing crackdown on deceptive car ads, the FTC recently settled cases against two car dealers from Maryland [though not involving Keene] and Ohio. The dealers falsely advertised the cost or available discounts for their vehicles by: advertising discounts and prices that were not generally available to consumers, or misrepresenting that vehicles were available at a specific dealer discount when, in fact, the discounts were only available for particular versions of the vehicles, often one of the more expensive versions." If you point out that such tactics aren't kosher to Keene's sales staff, they will argue with you. The advertised price was put forth in error by another party, and/or it relates to rebates that may not be available to all buyers, and/or "it's just advertising." But the bottom line is that if you can't trust a dealer's ads, you might not be able to trust anything else, either -- so I recommend staying away.

Pathetic and Not Willing to Deal

Don't shop here unless you're willing to pay the advertised price without any breaks. I understand that the web has changed the way folks shop and dealers better put a good price out there to get folks in. I also understand that you're in business to make a profit but don't insult the buyer by telling them you're going to lose money if you drop the price $100. I can see what you gave for the trade-in on that vehicle and it's $3K to $4k below what you're asking me to pay. Then pair me with a sales "kid" who couldn't type a literate email to save his life!! What a joke it was dealing with these "sales" guys. I am so glad I didn't give in. Found a better deal elsewhere and bought without dealing with these jokers.
