I bought my truck from them and had to have it repaired 6 times in 30 days. Had to keep returning to fix same issues multiple times. I got tired of having a certified vehicle (which is a joke because they never even checked the fluids) in the repair shop so many times before I even made the first payment. I went in and tried to have them make it right by taking the truck back. They would not return it even though they acknowledged the truck has been in multiple times for similar issues all within 30 days. I was eventually so fed up that I paid out of pocket $3500 to them just to sell the truck back. I had bought several vehicles from them before and they did absolutely nothing to help me at all. I will never buy another car from them . Also one of the so called repairs they did to the truck was smear silicone all around the rear window because it was leaking water inside the cab. This is a $36,000 car that now had home depot silicone smeared all around. And still leaked inside. DO NOT GO HERE. They will not help you after buying and they don't stand behind their product. If you do get a car be careful because they ruined my car smearing silicone all over it inside and out and cost me $3500
The old bait and switch

The dealer tried to pull the old bait and switch on me. I found a Ram 1500 package through Cars.com and made an appointment to see the dealer because the price worked for my wife and I. When I get to the dealer, I can see the truck parked along the front so it can be viewed from the Hwy. The internet sales associate says they have a guy "picking it up" to bring around front. While I was waiting, I decided to check the VIN of the truck I saw on my way in, and wouldn't you know it, it matched the vehicle advertised. The sales person tried to claim that there were after market parts on the vehicle I saw advertised which changed the price, which according to the sticker, was about $50,000. That is almost an $11,000 dollar difference than what that truck was advertised for on Cars.com. I was so disappointed.
Deceptive

"Deceptive" is a good descriptive word for this dealership. We purchased a brand new pickup and were promised several things by the sales team that they did not deliver. We asked that the tires be turned around so that the white lettering did not show. They were supposed to do it before delivery but could not get it done for whatever reason. We were coming back for a bed liner and tonneau cover and were assured they would "take care of it" then. They didn't mention an $88 charge. To me when someone says they will "take care of it" that means it is part of the deal. We also called back the day we got the truck to ask that we also get running boards installed when we come back. We were quoted a price by the salesperson of $550 "or so." Imagine our surprise when we went to pickup the truck and the charge was over $800! The difference was the installation even though sales told me the $550 was installed. When I went back to the sales manager he basically said I couldn't prove I was promised the $550 price so I was stuck. They held all the cards at that point. Make sure anything that the salesperson or sales manager promises you either record on your phone or get it in writing because they will back off those promises AFTER you already have items installed. The service team was excellent, unfortunately they get the wrath of customers who have been promised things by sales that they then don't back up.
