My experience with Ourisman Jeep has been the worst
My experience with Ourisman Jeep has been the worst dealership service experience ever. I will never attempt to do business with Ourisman again. I encourage anyone thinking of taking your vehicle to Ourisman, to steer clear of them. I took my vehicle to Ourisman for the Jeep clutch recall repair. They claim a leaking slave cylinder is unrelated to the clutch recall. No one could give me a reasonable explanation when the recall requires the entire clutch to be replaced (the slave cylinder has to be removed to replace the clutch). They are very unprofessional and dishonest. This includes the service advisor (Roxine), the service manager (Christian) and the service director (John). You will get better service anywhere else. I would recommend Darcars over them any day. Save yourself the headache.

The service people were great. Ms. Angie is amazing. Polite and prompt. The service manager ( Jon ) was very helpful as well .

She fought for me with the local team as the car had many local interested buyers. She went above and beyond to get me videos of the car, remote test drive, even under the vehicle so I could feel reassured in the purchase. Excited for this new ride!!
