This is a horrible dealership to go to.
This is a horrible dealership to go to. The service manager, Billy Smith, and service advisor, Pamela Lighten both have HORRIBLE attitudes. I had to have my suv serviced there and they charged me 2 hours for a service that probably only took 30 minutes. But I understand that some mechanics like to take advantage of people. After calling back, Billy let me know that no matter how long it takes a service to be performed, they will use the time that is in a system. He used the example that if a doctor only spends 10 minutes in surgery, you don’t complain about the price. I explained that doctors don’t charge for labor by the hour. Billy hung up on me when I told him about his attitude and Pam’s attitude. Also, while I was standing inside getting ready to pay, several people came in with complaints, one of which said she bought a used car from there and had not received her tags and it had been more than 60 and she was having trouble getting them to assist her. Though I don’t live in Winnsboro, I would suggest no one ever go here. They have no idea of what customer service is.

Very poor worksmanship at this dealership constant
They had my Jeep for over 2 months to do a warranty tear down .We had to call multiple times to check the status of the tear down. Only to get the same answer waiting on warranty to let them know what they wanted them to do.I had constant communication with my warranty provider. I came to the conclusion they were lying. I contacted my warranty provider and was on the phone with them and did a 3 way call to have them lie to me about who they were laying them blame on. After that they had what I was waiting on for almost 3months done in 2 days and still had to pay them almost 900 dollars for poor service and a cigerrete burn in my seat and the smell of one. That hurts the resale value If I ever decided to sell or trade.

Sells and manager was awesome
Shelby my was my wells person. She went out her way to help me pick a truck and have it delivered to me. But far as the maintance shop goes. They do not check vehicle out at all. The truck I bought had a blown rear main seal on the engine. That wasn’t an over night thing that happens. Ms Shelby amd ms Codi went out there way to have another truck sent to me and get the one I bought too be fixed. So ms Shelby amd ms Codi deserves a 5 star.
