Terrible dealership I was shown a Mercedes by Casey page , they wanted me to let my car get repossessed to buy the Mercedes, valued my car at 5000 complete lie !! Or if I trade my car in car payment would be 800 a month plus 1000 down( which is double) 600 monthly no trade go figure ‼️three days goes buy my credit been ran through EVERY BANK DROPPING MY SCORE DOWN 45 points . I look up today Monday and Tuesday they pulled my credit TWO MORE TIMES REALLY‼️‼️clearly I can prove where I was legally and it sure wasn’t on there lot , which is illegal soo I think I’ll call my attorney see what can be done after all they did to continue to pull my credit and I’m not even there is INSANE ,to make things worse that many attempts with no sealed deal shows exactly what type lot this is CRAZY WORK

I purchased a car from Shelbyville Chrysler on June 28, 2025. The vehicle was advertised as having Keyless Entry, but I was only given one key fob that does not even support that feature. After weeks of calls and texts, a manager finally agreed that I would contribute $100 and the dealership would cover the rest to provide a proper key fob so Keyless Entry would work as advertised. They also agreed to repair the panic button on the existing fob. I have written confirmation of this agreement. However, after more than a month of delays and excuses, the dealership recently told me they are no longer responsible — despite their own texts and prior promises. Now I am left without the Keyless Entry feature I was sold, and no resolution. This experience shows a lack of accountability and integrity. A dealership should stand behind both the features they advertise and the agreements they make with customers. I would caution anyone considering a purchase here to get everything in writing and be prepared for broken promises.

Well they will give you a quote on your vehicle and when they do the paperwork the loan person will not give it. He will tell you that he did but when you get the paperwork he will beat you out of it. Like me the sales person filled out paperwork showing me they aloud me $12500 for my Toyota Tacoma but the loan person only put $11500. They beat me out of the $1000. Then said he put the check in the mail but he lied again. Now won’t talk to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there.
