I thought this dealership was different, and even gave a raving review on Google, but their true colors shined through once the purchase was completed. Matt was great but the “upper management” is a different story. Because I work bankers hours I had to purchase my vehicle after dark, when I got home I noticed some scratches and it was obvious they were fresh. They would only do a paint correction and the paint doesn’t match and they made it worse! It’s a $1,200 fix and they refused to assist. It was a “sorry you’re outta luck”. It is my dream car that I’ve worked hard for and $80k vehicle you would think they would stand behind it and fix it, and I know they knew it was there. Honestly, I fully believe it happened when it was being taken in and out of the building. I will never buy from them again, and I moved my service elsewhere. IF THEY PROMISE ANYTHING GET IT IN WRITING!
