I have never in my life experienced a more infuriating, dangerous, and incompetent dealership. Week one: All four tires were failing — one booted, three needed fix-a-flats. Exhaust system: Our local mechanic attempted repairs five times, even welding parts for free out of sheer sympathy, and finally concluded the entire exhaust system needs replacement. O2 sensor issues: Bypassed by our mechanic just to keep the car running. Check engine light: Catalytic converter code appeared weeks later. Thermostat: Dealership today quoted $2,000 and said it’s not covered — utterly refusing to take responsibility. Steering: The “Reduced Steering” warning pops on intermittently, making this car a safety hazard. And here’s the cherry on top: Brine Lloyd, Director of Service and Parts, told us verbatim: > “We aren’t legally required to inspect vehicles before sale, and we can take your trade-in and sell it five minutes later.” That’s right — they will happily sell you a dangerously defective vehicle, then laugh as it becomes your nightmare. This dealership is reckless, dishonest, and completely unconcerned with safety or human decency. Months of stress, repeated repairs, and constant danger later, they have shown zero accountability. If you value your safety, sanity, or money, do not even think about buying here. Buyer beware — this place is a living xxxx for anyone trying to own a car.

I bought a 2020 Chevy Equinox from Tim Short in Lexington with full trust that I would be treated fairly. I was not. I bought the car online and was offered a test drive at the dealership prior to signing the papers but declined not being mechanically inclined an purchasing the car for my granddaughter. After the paperwork was completed I received the key fob and asked for the 2nd one only to be told there was only one. After arriving home and going to a locksmith He discovered that the door key in the fob I was given had never been cut and I would have to go to a dealer to have one made. The cost for a new fob and 2 keys was near 500.00.
