Horrible experience
HORRIBLE both times. First time they kept my car for 3 hours then called & said they didn?t have the parts. Second time they kept my car for a WHOLE day & didn?t even fix it. Both times they scheduled me for the appointment & didn?t fix my airbags. Why schedule me if y?all don?t have the parts or not able to fix my airbags due to having other cars to work on. I do not recommend!

I don't rate the service department of this dealership a
I don't rate the service department of this dealership a star however it does not let you give 0 stars. I had my car towed to the service department February 27, 2023 because it would not start. As of today my car has had repairs and 2 full diagnosis test and still they are talking about doing a 3rd diagnosis test and the vehicle is STILL NOT STARTING. I have never heard of anything like this in life. They are holding my vehicle hostage and are going to make me pay for repairs that did not need to be done. This dealership is a rip off and there is nobody there to help me! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP unless you want to sell everything you have to pay to get your vehicle back. Very dissatisfied customer.
