Worst place they are liars

Don’t buy here they will lie to you and take your money. Bought a car here that was supposed to be put through service before purchase. The day I went to pick it up it was being towed back to the dealership they said the starter went out. Once they said it was fixed and I finally get the car I literally drove it off the lot and it died in traffic. Came back they put me in a loaner car til mine was fixed. Finally hear something back and it has to be sent to another dealership so I wait and wait 2 weeks 3 weeks nothing no call backs after calling. Finally I track down the dealership that has the car to get an update on the repairs they say it’s one thing then it’s something else then something else. Finally get the car and it doesn’t even make it home won’t go over 40mph. Back to the loaner car goes to shop wait and wait and nothing I’ve called the general manger and sales manager service manager told them to give my money back so I can get a car that runs with no luck and no answers. Finally their grand plan is for me to come there and get a different car all more expensive. They tried to price a car more than what it was listed for . Once I told them I wouldn’t give them any more money or business I left. 3 weeks later finally go back to see about getting another car again and same thing again. This time they are putting fees for tinted windows 300 dollars for cars that don’t have tint so I got mad and told them when they quit trying to screw me or my car was fixed to call me. Then I was told that they don’t know where the car is don’t know when it will be fixed and that they’re taking the loaner car back today if I’m not buying another car. What the xxxx kind of place is this they are scammers and liars. Then once I buy another car finally because obviously have to have a car and they’re no longer working with us at this point. Come to find out the car we originally bought is sitting out back in the service lot with send to auction wrote on the front window. So they didn’t know I was coming to get another car and we’re just going to send that other car we bought to auction they were not trying to fix it they were scamming me out of more money. Paid almost 11000 cash for a car and ended up with a car that was 7800 and still owed them money before I left. DO not reply and tell me to call you because I have nothing to say to this place I have called every manager and no one would call me so now I’m filing complaints and leaving reviews so no one else will get screwed by these people. They kept saying how can we make this right please this place just wanted to scam me. They got my number call me when you got a check for me

It wouldn't let me update my previous review so I've created a second - Updated: Tate from the service department reached out to me directly and resolved my issues the same day that he contacted me and had me bring in the vehicle and had it fixed within the hour.

Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this place RUN RUN!! I drove from Missouri to come look at a used truck this place had. I test drove it and what a huge pile of SH*T!!! I'M offended, appalled, insulted and even SHOCKED they think someone is stupid enough to buy it!! Guess as they say, a sucker born every minute! Soooo many problems with it, the FREAKING A/C didn't even work (kind of important dont you think!) the EXHAUST SYSTEM WAS RUSTED, YES I SAID RUSTED OFF!!!! No muffler!! The brakes barely worked and when they did it pulled you into another lane and that's only after you panic braked!! Shady, dishonest and arrogant!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Once I became visibly upset and not wanting to make the agreed purchase both the salesman AUSTIN and the service manager just left my wife and I standing there. Maker of fact, AUSTIN just put on his jacket and went to lunch. I obviously wasn't worth their time anymore. I'm telling you, ANYONE reading this review, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these people. You are nothing but $$$$ to them. DUMB SACKS OF $$$$ , THAT'S IT. I was also reminded my $500 deposit on the truck was NON- REFUNDABLE, plus the waste of gas driving over from st Luis. This dealership is the worst of the worst! 2011 Ram 3500 Megacab Cummins, RUN away from this truck! It's been passed around from auction to auction because it's been beat nearly to death, rusty and barely holding together. Paint - faded, chipped and damaged Body - rusted, chipped and scuffed Brakes- pulse and pull left Engine- covered in oil and smokes Obvious modifications with no history! Transmission - slipping Bed - chipped and rusted old bed liner Doors - almost fall off when opening Stereo - several speakers blown, subwoofer missing Tires - balding, cracked and dry rotted Rims - pitted, chipped and paint missing. This place took my deposit and never mentioned ANY of this. NOTHING AT ALL. THEY KNOWINGLY TOOK MY DEPOSIT with all these problems on the truck!! I thought dealerships had safety standards and I expected an issue or two,maybe. But this was RIDICULOUS AND OFFENSIVE!!
