Kept vehicle for 3 weeks waiting for 1 part which was a available locally. Vehicle could have been completed in much less time if bought locally.

This dealership, the individual workers and all the way up to corporate.. they have completely destroyed my family. They did illegal, immoral, unethical and just plain awful things to my family. The way corporate treated us was disgusting. We were lied to left and right when we trusted the individuals in corporate who claimed they cared and this was a very serious issue. We tried to cooperate with everything they were telling us and we trusted them. Couldn’t have been more wrong. We were then pawned off on to a random lawyer.. what we went through at the dealership was completely dismissed and we were told over and over ‘that’s not a big deal’.. I expressed how my husband and myself were belittled and harassed. My husband has severe PTSD from serving our country and what happened took a tremendous toll on his well-being and this god awful experience with this company almost took my husband from myself and my children. Nothing they tried to gain from taking advantage of us is worth someone’s life.. but I reached out trying to express what this has done.. no one cared to respond. I will never forgive Eddys or the Stevens family for their lack of compassion for their customers nor their customers lives (let alone a Wichita native military veteran) You almost took my husband, my children’s father. I hope it was worth it.
