Friendly salesman, simple buying process. Non pressure sales approach. Patience in allowing me to pick up the purchased vehicle later. Salesman up from with the history of pre vehicle ownership and location of where it came from. Up front with said vehicles service record.

Salesman named Lane told me over phone that a van was available on Tuesday afternoon
I was very excited and interested and he even said he maybe could drive it to rock valley for me to see and drive but said I would be there late afternoon wed to see it
He said he would hold it
Called to say I would be there by 430 at 1:40 and he said oh it was sold it’s gone
He said he never said he would hold it and no I’m sorry
Lane is a piece of work and not to be trusted

I was looking around on Ron Drenkos website as I live in Sheldon, IA and was hoping not to have to go very far to purchase a van. I saw they had a van about in our price range. Derek contacted me after I had partially filled out a loan application on their website. He asked me what I was looking for and if they could help me out. I told him what I was thinking. He was more than helpful. He was polite, quick to respond and seemed to really care about the sale, even though I was buying used. They allowed me to test drive it thoroughly to ensure it was what I wanted and I was very happy with it. It's nice to know that out of the much nicer, more expensive vehicles they have, they still make time to make the smaller sales. I will recommend you to anyone who asks. It has been an amazing experience and a worthwhile purchase.
