A BIG waste of time!!!

I drove 400 miles round trip to look at a vehicle that I was told was there. I get there and they tell me it is in the body shop and refuse to show it to me. Instead they push me to a different vehicle that has several scratches with smears of paint on them that looked horrible, more miles and a higher price. I feel they should honor the advertised price on the vehicle I drove so far to see. If they won't do that it's not a dealership I will ever do business with. Buyer beware!!!!

I found a couple vehicles through Cars.com that was located at Brad Deery. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I went there with an open mind knowing that I wanted to test drive multiple vehicles. I inquired about them online, everything looked and sounded great. I get there and am greeted by the internet sales person. The first thing she says to me "I want to be upfront with you, the Ford that you are looking at has a Lemon Title." I was upset as she very easily could have told me that over the phone but at this point I wasn't sure what I wanted so not a big deal.
She transferred me to a salesman that was working that day and I test drove 6 vehicles. I wasn't prepared to buy that day but I figured out what I wanted. Went home did some research, called the cars salesman for additional information and finally narrowed it down to 1 vehicle. I gave him the stock number and we set an appointment. It ended up being on his day off so I was planning on meeting with another salesman. I called that morning to confirm the appointment, figure out who I was working with, and asked for the car fax. The car fax never came. I didn't think much of it as I assumed he just got busy. After work, I drove an hour to go purchase this car. I get there to test drive this particular car and the new salesman comes up and states that it is a buy back and has a lemon title. At this point, I am furious. I already went through this once and I was very upfront about my interest in this particular vehicle.
I went to talk to the manager thinking he would say something along the lines of " we will make this right". Nope. That is not what I received at all. He said they would have told me on the phone if I would have asked and that they don't put it on the website because they don't want people to prejudge the vehicle before they drive it. Pretty disappointed in his response.

This was my first time buying a car from Brad Deery. It was a very positive experience. Rick Hauser was very professional, honest and helped make the buying process good. All of the necessary facts were presented clearly and the customer service overall was excellent. I felt like I received an excellent deal and appreciate their business model.
