I purchased a new 2020 Ford Edge that in 2 months my wife drove for a total of about 3 weeks and was very patient until the owner made some rude comments and next thing you know he refuses to sell us a new car and make it right and he even told my I was rude to a salesman that I have never talked to and also to the finance guy because I told him the car was junk. I tried to work with them but the owner is only looking out for his profits. I highly recommend finding another dealership one that will take car of you as a customer and stand behind their product.

long wait for parts and repair. no loaner vehicle for11 days, had to take back fusion very same day I picked it up, after paying 2000.00 dollars, because I got the same alrms of the problem I went in to get repaired , shocked and dissappointed,then had to spend another 700.00 for couple things they should have caught. How would you feel? also, there was a Recall for this problem, but dealer said car had too many miles to do recall repair work. Hard to believe that is right. I wish I could get some of recall service paid for!
