Came in bought a 2019 Alfa Romeo and wasn’t the plan. Had a appt to look at a Kia Telluride and somebody else was in the process of buying (things happen for a reason). Well anyway Erin M. Had my Ram 1500, Laramie Longhorn 5.7L V8, serviced. My experience was outstanding, my service manager was Rick Howard provided daily updates, the course of action to take care of my issue. Rick dealt directly with my extended warranty company to ensure the correct parts were provided. I was thoroughly impressed with his commitment to provide the best possible service.
