I had expressed interest in a vehicle on the company website and, within minutes, I'd not only received a message from Kris, I also received a personalized video tour of the car inviting me to schedule a test drive. Kris was incredibly helpful in getting things moving from there, and was kind, informative, and humble throughout the entire transaction. No aggression or hard sale, just helpfulness, which I appreciated very much!
