Bought a used truck, tires weren’t balanced, tpms sensors missing on two tires. When confronted they stopped taking my calls. xxxx show. Sold me a vehicle that isn’t safe

The buying process was quick and easy. Kody was the salesman I had delt with and would highly recommend him. The service on the other hand I would not recommend. I’m not sure if it was lack of communication amongst coworkers or the lack of attention to detail.
I bought a used car from them and had some warranty work needed done within the 15 day 500 mile time range. I took the car in they looked it over and confermed yes, there is an issue. However they didn’t have the equipment to run a test to see which part they needed. The service advisor recommended since I live so far away I could take the car to a dealership closer to me. We agreed on which dealership was more convenient for me. The service advisor called the other dealership and shared the information concerning the repair. The service advisor comunicated that the dealership performing the repair to just send the repair bill to Staution Chrysler. I made an appointment for the repair. The day I took the car in for repair the service tech said he would need to confirm the repair would be covered by Staution Chrysler. After talking to a manager at Staution Chrysler over the phone the repair tech was told they never knew anything about my issue nor could he approve it. I tried calling Tristan the manager but never got an answer. I left a message with the receptionist to have him call me but never got a call back. Not to mention, I have only had the car for not even a month now and now I have two more issues come up. Makes me wonder if they even look at what they are selling. Severely disappointed. The least try could do is call me back.
