Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! We are life long Volkswagen customers. My wife and I flew from South Carolina to purchase a new 2022 Volkswagen mk8 GTI from Sierra Volkswagen. We paid over MSRP for this new car in March of 2022. Fast forward to January of 2023 we decided trade it in for a VW Golf R. During this process we were shocked to find out the new GTI had an accident on the carfax report dating back to December of 2021! This rear damage accident with another vehicle reported on the Carfax caused us to lose thousands of dollars on our trade. This accident was not disclosed to us. After contacting Sierra Volkswagen GM about this they continue to deny responsibility.

I recently purchased 2011 CTS coupe from Sierra Motors
I recently purchased 2011 CTS coupe from Sierra Motors Ottawa it needed some body work done right side quarter panel was repaired and looked good left side quarter panel was repaired was not acceptable but nothing was done about it I had the car for two days and I had to be jumpstarted took it back to the dealership they told me some bogus numbers what they came up on the test of the battery and didn't replace it then I was directed to take it to the dealership and Streator because of the noise in the rear end so I had them test the battery there it tested bad so they replaced the battery also they repaired the noise that was in the rear end very good service there the front right brake rotor is grooved out and grinding I was told by Sierra Motors that the brakes were fine they passed inspection also all the valve stem caps were broke they were not replaced the car was not fully detailed when I picked it up the motor was not detailed so I did that myself also when I took it in to Sierra for two new front tires and an alignment all the service writer said was sign here very impolite I won't be back over there I will deal with Streator they're very professional and they do a very good job At Sierra I asked for is the inspection sheet and nobody ever showed it to me

Good people.
We have been here a lot in the past few months. There are some decent people here that helped through some issues we had. It seems as if we dealt with everyone in the building and each of the managers. Simply put, they were there for us and made sure we were happy. Roy was my dealer (and middleman). He was very nice to work with.
