I put new front brakes and rotors on the front of my wife's van in January, 2019. A few weeks ago, I had a rattle in my front brakes. I took it to WF cdjr in Vidalia on a Friday. They said I needed new front brakes, so I let them fix them. It cost me $230. They turned the rotors and installed new pads, and told me the rattle was gone.
Before I got home, I heard the brakes scrubbing and it was still rattling. I took it back the next week on Friday and they worked on them again. They didn't charge me this time, but before I got home, I heard the brakes scrubbing again and the rattle was still there.
So, I take it back the next week and told them I wasn't happy. They told me to bring it back. I told them if you couldn't fix it in two tries, why should I give them another chance. She said she would let a different person work on it this time. The first two times was done by the same person.
I finally agreed, and took it back on the next Friday. They called me and said I needed new rotors and it would be around $300. I told them, no way. I told them, if I have to pay to get them fixed, AGAIN, I surely would NOT pay them to do it.
So, I wound up paying someone else $220 to replace the rotors and install new pads. After they fixed them, the scrubbing was gone and so was the rattle.
Obviously, the brake technician at WFcdjr in Vidalia is incompetent. I will NEVER, NEVER used this shop again, and I will warn all my friends.
The old bait and switch!

Advertise a truck at a low price, but actual sales price is thousands higher!
If you don't plan on honoring the advertised price, then don't advertise it!
And car dealers wonder why they have a poor reputation?!?!?!?

After trying to ask simple questions over the phone, that should have been answered before letting me drive over three hours to their dealership. Yes, I wasted a day visiting this untrustworthy dealer. They kept lying over and over just to get me "in the office" once there and after the test drive is when they answered my questions within a matter of a minute or two. So yes, I was pissed to find out the info I had been trying to get earlier that morning and if I could have gotten that info, then I could have saved myself the trip. Then while in office, I get lied to even more. Oh we can't move on the price, we can't this and that. But 10 mins after I leave the other sales manager wants to call me. Oh guess what I can make you a better deal on this truck and positive to get you approved through our best lender. Which he did. But why did it take me leaving upset for someone to make that happen when I was just sitting in your face. Just abunch of liars and con artist at this place. The Woody Folsom dealer in baxley though looked like a decent place. Hopefully they treat people differently
