First off, the sales department is great, unfortunately the service department has cost them my families business. The service department overfilled my oil during a basic oil change, then argued with us about it not affecting my car's performance and fixing their mistake. After my husband argued with management for a couple of hours, they were willing to fix the problems they caused, but only under warranty. It's clear that they did not want to take responsibility. After they had my vehicle for a month, I get it back and within 3 days my service light comes on. I take it back to them and they tried to charge me $160 for a diagnostic check. Why would any business charge that, when once again they are at fault for something. The receptionist argued with me some more and treated me like I didn't know anything about vehicles because I am female. I know that my service light came on and it's most likely not related to my oil reservoir, but they had it for a month and as soon as I get it, the light comes on? How is it not something they caused? It could be a simple tightening of a hose somewhere. The other receptionist had his name tag upside down and I kindly told him, and he just laughed and said "I know". Very unprofessional, in my opinion. I worked in customer service for years, and you never argue with a customer! They have lost our business.

I have bought last 3 new vehicles at Jeff Smith, would not do it again. First, the quality of RAM trucks is going down, the 2019 isn't nearly the truck that my 2012 was. The service has also suffered over the years. I bought a 2019 Laredo Longhorn, top of the line. After just over 3-years and 33,000 miles the leather dash is coming apart, significantly. Warranty is technically up and they want $157 just to provide an estimate of how much it will cost to fix... They care less that a $80k truck is coming apart like this so soon, and it's adding insult to injury to charge me $157 to tell me how much they are gonna charge me to fix something that should not be falling apart! I'll buy a Ford.

Looking for the right price!

I went in to see what they had as far as their 2020-2021 inventory and really wasn’t necessarily looking to replace my 2016 Ram, that I absolutely love, but Anson Booker was really great in listening to what I would be interested in. He not only found the vehicle type but also at an excellent price as well. On of the best vehicle buying experiences I’ve had in years. The entire sales team did a great job in the whole process, especially in not pressuring me to purchase additional products or warranties. If you are looking for a dealership that puts the customers wants and needs first then Jeff Smith is the place to go.
