BUYER BEWARE
BUYERS BEWARE!! We had a 2011 Ram that wouldn't start so we had it towed to Hayes after we called to see if they would take it. 4 days later they call and say its about $2500 to repair it and parts would arrive end of Oct at the earliest. so we said "what if we just trade it in?" Daniel in service had sales contact us and we wound up buying a CPO truck for over $40k. We're leaving after signing the docs and our son says "I left some stuff in the old truck" so we go to get it. We're told by service it's $109.00 to get our personal items out of the truck. They refuse to give us access until we pay. Sales manager refuses to do anything since we've already signed and obviously dont care about us now. We never signed a work order, were never told about a charge, had no prior knowledge that there would be a charge and if we hadn't remembered to get stuff out would have never had to pay. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES

Hayes verbally attacked me and threatened me in my buying process. Ernest talk to you like you’re a child and the woman Magada or whatever is just a xxxxx and hung up on me. Don’t buy here

Worst dealership ever
Worst dealership i have ever been in!!!!!!! But I found the perfect truck i had been looking for at this dealership, arrived there on saturday and met with a nice courteous salesman named Cameron. we test drove the truck and it ran and drove well, the truck was not clean at all though, had been detailed by their dealership but had mud all over underneath. After talking to salesman and trying to get the price down he said they would not budge at all then they asked if i purchased it would i be dealing with there finance company and i said no that i would deal with my personal bank, they then said that they do not deal with my bank and would not sell it to me unless i paid with personal check, cash or financed through there bank.long story short i wrote them a personal check they then started saying they couldn't take it because it was a starter check, well they ended up having me show them proof money was in my account and took check. these people we're terrible to deal with, never even offered a bottle of water. they did not appreciate my business at all and if it was not the perfect truck that i had been looking for i definitely would have walked away, never have i ever been treated that way at any dealership in my life.
