Buyer Beware. They sold me a car that had body damage and repaired without disclosure

I couldn't have gotten a more run around from a dealer if
I couldn't have gotten a more run around from a dealer if I tried. Handoffs from salesman to salesman, no answers to questions and repeated information given by myself with repeated asks from them. Wow a horrible experience. I will go elsewhere.

Horrible communication and beyond unprofessional
I was a potential customer that your team completely screwed over. I have been working with a sales member by the name of JT for some time. I was interested in a '22 Black Laramie black widow... long story short... I was ready to close on the truck... I had spoken to JT on Friday at 10:16am.... I told him that we were good at $46250... can we add in 3yrs maintenance on the truck and make sure it's clean when after delivery. His words were...let me talk to my manager and I will get right back to you... hours went by and I text him at 12:03pm..no response.... the next response I got was at 2:11pn. ... saying his manager tried calling me the day before....which meant nothing to me... I text him again at 4:12 pm...no response... I called at 4:35pm... I was told he was with a customer. Still no communication from JT. I text again at 5:02pm giving him my Credit card information to secure the truck. No response from JT. I finally got a text from Angel (no idea who that is) at 5:31pm... I responded. At 5:50pm I was told the truck had sold 2hrs ago. According to the GM JD... the truck had sold the night before. Apparently no 1 told JT that the truck was sold....even after I spoke with him early that morning... I text him at noon that day and called and sent multiple text messages. JD proceeded to tell me, some how JT did not know it was sold. For an entire day...your sales rep did not know the truck was sold...how the xxxx is that possible. My experience with your staff and dealership is beyond unprofessional. I'm sure you can at the very least appreciate how a client would feel completely screwed over in this situation. At the end of the day, you could probably care less... . But negative reviews for things like this affect everyone. Especially when they are true.
