Told us things and then changed story several times during the negotiation. Unprofessional and dishonest. Bad experience. Would not recommend and would not go there again

When the price on cars.com and the final price is $6000 different there’s a problem. They wanted to add fees for everything imaginable. Now this did include taxes but a dock fee of $999 goes straight in their pocket. Then they wanted to add multiple fees to certify the car (meaning there were some repairs that needed to be made). Could not do business with them and we were ready to fly down to pick up the car but they eventually stopped returning our cars once we questioned all the fees. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Cars.com needs to remove them as a dealer imo

I spent several hours going back and forth with a salesman about a specific vehicle. First He emailed me and told me to call him back but when I called I got a voice message that stated the mailbox had not been set up yet. After the he finally called me back and multiple hours/conversations later, the salesman informed me that the price advertised on Cars was not correct. To get that price I would have to finance at least $1000 and have a trade in value of $1000. Typical dealership shenanigans but still.... Super disappointing and a waste of time.
