I have never really had a problem with dealer service anywhere before, but this place takes the cake. They charged me 1000 dollars restocking fees for services NEVER AUTHORIZED, and and never completed and shipping fees for parts never received. Suprise charges when the car was brought in for an oil change and diagnosis of a light on. NO choice but to pay the extra thousand dollars to get the car back. I never authorized any of these charges. This place is a total crook. STAY AWAY. LIARS AND THEIVES

These people are liars and thieves. You will regret going to this dealership for any services. They require non refundable deposits and once you put it down they use it to keep you in the purchase even if they’re unwilling to negotiate. You’ve been warned.

I haved been all over Central Florida looking for a new car and I was nearly to the point of either buying online or have a friend buy a car for me due to situation with other dealerships. One dealer in Tampa nearly made me call the police because they would not return my drivers license after asking multiple times and would not let me leave. The dealership above also give me incorrect information on the car to the point I googled information to show that I was right and the sales person was wrong. He also told me you don't need to rotate AWD tires. Another dealership had a very good deal on the car I wanted and when I drove 50 miles and completed all the paper work I went to the lot only to find out someone had called and given a deposit to buy the car so they could not sell it to me even though we had checked 5 minutes prior. The car stayed on line for 9 days but they continued to say it was sold. Long story short I was very happy that AJ Lamb had called me about the car I purchased and just kept asking me to come over and test drive the car. This dealership is not high pressure and very professional in the way they conducted my sale and I am happy with my purchase. I will recommend to anyone it is worth driving from Orlando and even Tampa if you want to be treated well.
