Stephenson was excellent. Great follow-up and no pressure. I walked away from three other dealerships before yours. Had I been treated the same as the others, I would have walked from yours as well. Suggestion - You need to make the process faster. I understand that people need to get recognition for commission purposes based on contact origination or involvement. But making me wait an hour for someone to "sign off" almost cost you the deal. You can thank Matthew for keeping us engaged while waiting. Martin was also very pleasant and nice to work with.
