I'm still trying to purchase a car from them. The sales manager never returned my calls. No negotiation. I would not recommend working with them.

Their definition of negotiating a sales price is offering $500 off whatever it is and making it seem like they’re doing you a big favor. Ticketed price is $24,000 and they ran it up to $32,000 before “discounting” $4,000 in rebates for a OTD price of about $29,000. They couldn’t even do a good job of hiding the fact they’re trying to screw me over. My sales price and theirs was off by merely $4000 and they let me walk out without any type of negotiation or desire to earn my business even if I was willing to settle at their horrible price.
