Was there at Sunday @8:20am cause they open at 9am.
Was there at Sunday @8:20am cause they open at 9am. Waited until 9:15 when a transporter that moving cars to other location us that was waiting that they don't open on Sundays. I called the service department which the automated answering said that they are closed on Sundays mind you there is a big sign by the gate that say they open at 9 on Sunday. Mind you was the second car there, so I left and went to Homedepot across the street. When I was done there I seen Miami Lakes Auto Mall garage doors where open. I drove over there to be the 10th car waiting and they didn't open the gate until after 10. We were told by a young lady that a car was blocking the lube and they didn't have the key so they were waiting on a fork lift to move the car. Very unprofessional I'm just waiting for my 4 oil free oil changes to be done I'm not coming back over again. I going to GMC on 441
