Eric Palmer was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He would get a 5 rating. When the manager got involved it devolved into the high pressure tactics that car dealers are known for. I wish that they had avoided doing that and allowed the strength of the car to sell us. This definitely impacted the experience. We had decided to come back Friday to finish the deal and put down a deposit. They tried to push it through that day but the financial manager never met with us to go through the number ls, many of which were unclear and had either not been mentioned or mentioned in passing during the sale. We never met with the financial manager at all

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Gainesville Jeep. They always make the process easy. I've worked with Camilla and Ray with my purchases. They both listened to my needs and found me the perfect vehicle at the right price.

Was very good even though they did not get us the right owners manual for our new 2025 Dodge Ram Warlock, would still like to receive it still. They gave us an owners manual that did not cover our truck.
