Need to Work on timing and professionalism

So I thought this process was going to be easier than it was as I worked the entire deal Via email with the team, the actual deal was a smooth sailing process and actually got the car cheaper than what we initially agreed on so of course with that I am happy with. The part I am not satisfied with is the timing it took when I arrived at the dealership.
When I first arrived at the dealership I was not greeted by anyone which I understood because they were slammed and I use to sell cars as well so I had an understanding, I walked in with my fiancé and two babies ( ages 2 and 1) when I asked the receptionist that day if my salesman was available she looked at me like I was crazy with a mouth full of food and said " well is he expecting you or no", to my knowledge whether he was expecting me or not which he was because I stated to him that I would be there by noon so it shouldn't have mattered why i was asking for that specific salesman. The process with the sales team was an easy smooth process, the deal was already set in place as far as numbers went all we had to do was test drive the car and made sure everything checked out and we were done just had to get with finance. The reason i did all of this online was because we have small children that we were taking with us and my fiancé had to be at work at 4 that evening so going to buy the vehicle at noon was practical. We were told we would be out by no later than 2:30 which again was longer than expected but they were busy so we had to wait our turn, well 2:40 came so we advised our sales team that we would have to come back tomorrow so we could be the first in finance and be done so we didn't have to have a sitter for the whole next day just to sign paperwork, our sales team was great and let us leave with the car and told us no problem and again apologized for the inconvenience.
Well now here we are the very next day and to make sure we were first in finance we arrived at the dealership at 11:30 AM, we were the first customers in the door and were greeted by all the salesmen with smiling faces asking if they could help, we told him we were just here to sign the papers for finance and we would be done. Well 12:15 comes and still no finance person, at around 12:30 the finance guy finally comes to greet me and my fiancé and has kind of a blank stare on his face and proceeds to ask " hey i was informed that you all had questions about your title so what can i do for you", we told him we were there to sign our finance paper work and he then stated he had no knowledge of finance for this morning he asked what our name were then told us he would be right back, Well at 12:51 we were finally called back to sign the paperwork.
I would recommend this dealership for fair pricing and a friendly sales team, I would not reccomend this dealership if time is an essence for you as it was for us and i would skip the front desk and look directly for a sales team member for proffesionlism.

I went to Bill Bryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep , for an oil change and tire rotation . Juan told tell me it would be about an hour. I told him, me and my family are down here seeing my father-in-law for his 83rd birthday and we are going to Disney World this morning. So i need it done in that alotted time. I was then left there with Mark who was making popcorn, hotdogs, etc. keeping me busy along with all the other people that were waiting. which there was a lot of. A little over an hour later Juan came back to me , with a pre-alignment scan sheet that said my alignment failed both front and rear on toe. needless to say I said really. that's really weird that the rear is that far out of toe. we just got the vehicle in July 2019 it only has 5500 miles on it . but he said that his pre-alignment new system was right on and that I should have it done . and it's covered under the warranty . reluctantly I said how much longer he said about another hour . I signed a paper stating that they could do the alignment and it had something with figures of 200 and some dollars on it. but no cost to me. Then at about 10:30 a.m. which is about 2 and half hours total. I started hunting down Juan and told him i had to go to get my family to Walt Disney. we had to go back to Plattsburgh New York the next day which is a 23 hour drive. I got the run a around about what the tech was doing to my Jeep. At approximately 12:00 p.m. the tech parked my jeep. And Juan gave a cashier my paper work. she told me to go through the doors and she meet me over by the cash register . She told me what I owed and I said let me read the paperwork first before I pay you. after reading all the paperwork, I asked her where the pre-alignment diagnostic paper was. She said it's right there. I told her no that's not the paper they showed me. She said, yeah it is one before one after. I said, I know what the paperwork is, but that's not the pre-alignment paper that Juan showed me. She started huffing and puffing went back to Juan and i followed her. She started to argue with Juan about what I was saying . Juan told her that I was right and there was a pre-alignment paper missing . after what seemed to be an eternity the tech that was working on my vehicle earlier. came back with a crumpled up pre-alignment paper that he pulled out of the garbage and threw it down in front of me .I will tell you what i use to do alignments and knew that i was being hussled. Even the lady was very rude when I wanted that pre- alignment paper. I paid my bill and left. no I'm sorry no apology no nothing from them people. terrible is all I can say. and I wasn't the only one they were running through the pre-alignment thing. and most of the people there were senior citizens from the looks of it.
