I drove almost 2 hours to find out the vehicle I called
I drove almost 2 hours to find out the vehicle I called about was no where to be found, The original salesperson played games and lied about the inventory, The manager intervened and saved the sale. This took so long I had to drive back a second day. The paperwork was not ready. Overall it took 12 plus hours to buy a car I had already decided on through the internet. I was going to pay cash but they gave another rebate and told me I had to keep the loan for 6 months. Another lie....Stellantis verified I could pay off anytime but they loose their kickback if paid off before 6 months. Overall poor customer service and make sure you get what they promised.

Talking with Rian is almost like having a conversation with a neighbor, relaxing, not like a sales relationship. Sharp with a good sense of humor and a caring attitude. I shopped 4 Ram dealerships and she was by far the best salesperson. DeLand CJDR is lucky to have her.

Rian my Salesperson was extraordinary knew the product very helpful. Very nice. Really trust her. I suggest if you’re looking for a new truck go see Rian you’re not gonna find more honest. Better person to work with. Did the follow up the next day. It’s just overall great experience.
