Chiefland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat

This dealer lacks honesty and integrity. I put money down to purchase a new truck from this dealership during this recent Black Friday sales event. The dealership didn't process the paperwork prior to the end of the sales event. To complete the deal, they then wanted thousands of dollars more since a Black Friday incentive had lappsed. That same day, the vehicle was removed from their listed inventory, indicating they had sold it to someone else. Avoid this dealership.

I have tried to buy vehicles from here twice. I have had my jeep serviced here, always something bad, communication no follow up as to diagnosis or parts estimate as to when it will be done, no call backs etc. This trip I'm scheduled for a waiter appointment, never got a call. Finally called the next day to hear no problem found. There is a recall on the ram tailgates falling open. Min has fallen open several times, I lost 3 gas cans once, groceries another. Happened before I installed a tanneau cover and after. The brakes are grabby then lunches when released, no prob found????? Not satisfied not acceptable!
