truck got ransacked while there

My dad brought in his older chevy pickup for service. They had put new tires on and less than a year later, with less than 200 miles on them, one of them blew while he was on the highway. They made him pay for 2 new tires! Also, while the vehicle was in their care, his truck was completely ransacked. His glove compartment and center console contents were left strewn on the floor and the bags of clothes he had in the covered bed, awaiting donation, were shredded and tossed all over the place. Putnam KIA had the gall to return his truck to him in this state, after charging him for tires they should have replaced under warranty. Shame on them for taking advantage of an older gentleman!!

Absolutely terrible

I bought a new gladiator that was damaged in transport, they promised I would get a brand new top with new glass and freedom panels. Nearly 6 months later I'm still driving around with a damaged top because they will only order the body shop version not the more expensive accessory version they promised. The service department cant mount 35's and although they took my money for an alignment my steering wheel is still off

Matt, the top we ordered for you has been and is still here waiting for you. The freedom panels were not damaged, so it only makes sense transportation would not authorize to replace those perfectly good pieces. You work at another local car dealership's service department and we believe you must be aware of that policy. As for the alignment, we are sorry our machine didn't get it right with the over-size tires you wanted. We would be happy to refund you for the alignment. We are sorry for your concerns an would again like to invite you in get this finished up for you. Please reach out to Chris or Tim and they would be happy to get it handled.

Bought a Certified 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee

Sold car to me but zero accidents Only to find out later when I traded it that I was involved in a accident So I'm out $1000 trade-in value Spoke with Mark at dealership his answer what do you want me to do about it

I spoke with Joe regarding this concern. As he is aware, the history report did show no accidents at the time he purchased it. Joe actually saw and signed that report. Unfortunately, an accident did show up later as the shop doing the repair or the history report company itself was slow in reporting it. We are sorry for the situation. Due to the current age and mileage of the vehicle, we do not believe there was close to a $1000 adjustment in value. We wish Joe would have come see us to address this before trading the vehicle and not getting what he wanted for it. We wish Joe the best with his new vehicle. Thank you
