I recently ordered a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit with Tony who was A1 from the very start. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process was simply easy peasy. The vehicle came in earlier than expected which was another perk. I highly recommend Papas Dodge in New Britain!

I recently purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 Crew Cab and was treated w/ respect by all involved. It was a no pressure experience which is great. From the salesman Przemek, to the Sales Manager Jeff, to the Finance Manager Eddie, it was a pleasure doing business with them. I hope and expect that the Service Dept will be that good when any service and maintenance is required.
