I recently visited this Kia dealer for an oil change. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience pleasant. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, with a relaxed atmosphere. Service was efficient, and I left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about how assertive and customer driven the employees at Danbury KIA are. Upon arrival I was greeted expeditiously by Moody who from there made me feel extremely comfortable in moving forward with a purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable in the car sales process and went above and beyond to assure I was getting a vehicle I would love. The staff all worked together with each member providing above and beyond customer service. True team efforts from the door to the final stroke of the pen.
