MATT MARR, General Manager, DO YOR JOB! ROBERT BEAVER, Service Advisor, DO YOUR JOB! LOOK AT ALL THE NEW NEGATIVE REVIEWS THEY ARE ACCURATE! Had my car for 2 weeks for service. No update, no one answers phone calls, no one responds to voicemails, no one answers the text they started, no one updates the tracking website. 25 phone calls later I still can’t get a single response from anyone. Now I have to waste more time and go back to the shop to yell at these imbeciles to get my car back. Useless employees should not have a job if they can’t do it. Matthew Marr has the time to respond immediately to every negative review but can’t do his own job and answers the phone he tells everyone to call in the reviews. What a useless little employee . They lie to you about time. Gaslight you about the phones being down even though Sales dept still answers but then ghosts you when you ask to get to Service. Very unprofessional how Matt Marr will agree with how he dropped the ball but won’t get off his lazy … and do his job. Absolutely pathetic. I’ve reported them to the following organizations and suggestion everyone else do the same. Make sure to include Matt Marr as he should not be working here and owners should know how bad at his job he is. - Every board member of Asbury Automotive Group Inc. who owns Larry H Miller - Colorado Auto Dealers Association (CADA) - Auto Industry Division, Better Business Bureau (BBB) - Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) - Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

If less than 1 star was an option they would get it. Stay as far away from this place as possible! Over the past 2.5 weeks I have had my Jeep in 3 times for the same issue. The first two times it was not fixed properly despite four figures in repair costs that were unnecessary. No acknowledgement that anything was done incorrectly, they are incapable of mistakes. It will be in repairs for approximately 2.5 more weeks before the repairs can be completed. No loaner vehicles or assistance offered. The only updates I receive are little more than "deal with it". Save your time and money and find a competent service department elsewhere.
