BEWARE of this dealership. After hours of back and forth, we finally agreed on the numbers and the quote they sent me was approved. I will tradein my car and get a new truck. We setup an appointment for the next day to finish everything as it was too late the same day. I sent them all the paperwork right away, everything was ready, financing was ready, the sales rep was happy and preparing it all for the next day. Then suddenly the next day they call me and tell me there is no deal unless I accept like $3k or $2k less on my tradein. They offer no discount on the truck, just RAM rebates and that's it. And just like that they expect me to accept. Imagine I did this on my side, like calling the dealership after we agreed on everything and ask for an additional $2,000 discount. How would you feel about it? Shame on the manager Kaz and the sales rep Eitan for this type of practice. They cannot be trusted.
