Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Hi, This dealership has some of the most irresponsible, unreliable, and unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. From general management to the sales team and even the service department, there is a complete lack of accountability, knowledge, and respect for customers' time. Customer concerns are consistently ignored, promises are made and then broken, and follow-ups simply do not happen. The staff seems either unwilling or incapable of properly handling customer requests, which makes it impossible to trust anything they say. Communication is poor, service is disorganized, and the overall experience shows a serious lack of professionalism. For a company representing Jeep, Dodge, and Chrysler, this level of negligence is unacceptable. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before doing business with this dealership.

Cars website said you deliver cars. I am 80 with cancer and yet they refused to come to me. Rather they wanted me to drive the 150 miles to "do the dance" in negotiations (usually for hours) and to value my trade in. I wasted their time and they wasted mine and still email me daily wanting me to come in.

Poor cars and communication! 2018 BMW 330i delivered off trailer with low coolant, engine warnings. Key fab did not work to start car (even after battery replacement). Trunk does not open properly. 2 tires dry rot. Brakes bad. Clearly the inspection sheet was improperly signed off, if not fraudulent (as the shop should have been aware of the issues if they were not). Straps for struts rusted out and something still clunking in suspension. Plastic stuck in thermostat of radiator as well. Pre-used sales manager ignores calls. Bought car May 31st. Car delivered off trailer and had to go straight to repair shop. Just received car back June 27th, 2025 after $2500+ repairs to get it running and still no return call from dealership.
